The Yoga Sleep Method classes are designed to prepare you for a great sleep at night by shifting the nervous system to promote deep relaxation and a reset for your inner systems.

6.15pm: Vinyasa Yoga Level 1 - 2 Triyoga Ealing/Online Stream through lockdown (75 minute)
Thurdays:
12.30pm: Yin Yoga - Triyoga Ealing/Online Stream through lockdown (75 minute)
Fridays:
6pm: Yin Yoga - Triyoga Ealing/Online Stream through lockdown (75 minute)
